SPANISH TOURIST VISA

As a member state of the European Union, Spain permits foreign nationals of other EU states along with Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland to visit without applying for a visa.

This concession is extended to a range of other countries who may also enter Spain for a period of no more than 90 days without the need to make a visa application.

In Spain, tourist visas are issued based upon the requirements of the applicant and their proposed trip to the country.

The grant of leave awarded may vary from 1 day to several weeks or more, however the maximum duration will not exceed 90 days.

Spanish visas of this class permit foreign nationals to travel to Spain for the purposes of tourism or to make a private visit to family or friends.

Tourist visas do not permit their holder to engage in paid or unpaid employment during their stay in Spain and are granted with the obligation to return to the county of residence on or before expiry.

A Schengen visa for tourism can be granted as either a single entry or multiple entry permit although Spain also grants a transit visa where people intend to enter Spain en route to another final destination. In these circumstances, the permit is valid for a maximum of five days.

Applicants who wish to enter the country for a very brief period in order to make a scheduled stop on their flight, or to board a connecting flight to another final destination may, in some cases, require an airport transit visa.

What documents you need to open the tourist visa to Spain:

1. Passport. Document must be valid for the total duration of the planned stay.

2. Relevant visas (where applicable) A Schengen visa allows the holder to travel within the countries contained within Schengen area, and therefore does not allow access to territory that does not belong to the aforementioned zone (the United Kingdom, Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria).

3. Substantiating documentation of accommodation reservation

4. Proof of confirmation of the reservation of an organized trip with itinerary

5. Closed round-trip or tour ticket.

6. To enter Spanish territory travelers must prove that they have a total minimum of 561.60 euros per person.

7. Applicants must not be subject to an exclusion order (appearing on the Schengen Information System [SIS] or the National Register of persons banned from entering the country). Possible causes of exclusion:

• a. Having previously been deported or returned to another country by Spain or by any Schengen State.
  
  
• b. Having been expressly denied entry for activities contrary to the interests of Spain, activities against human rights, or for notorious connections with criminal organizations.
  
  
• c. Being internationally sought for criminal activity.
  
  

ТУРИСТИЧЕСКАЯ ВИЗА В ИСПАНИЮ

Испания входит в состав Европейского Союза, на которой действует единая Шенгенская виза.

Граждане стран ЕС, а также Исландии, Норвегии и Швейцарии, могут въезжать на территорию Испании сроком не более 90 дней без оформления специальных документов.

Гражданам всех остальных стран требуется открывать Шенгенскую визу.

Какие документы необходимо предоставить:

1. Действующий загранпаспорт: паспорт должен быть действительным на срок не менее 90 дней (3 месяца) с момента окончания поездки; в паспорте должна быть чистая страница для проставления в него визы; при наличии информации о детях, вписанных в паспорт, каждая информация о ребенке должна быть заверена печатью ОВИРа (фотография на ребенка СТРОГО обязательна, независимо от возраста).

2. Отсканированная фотография размером 3*4: Фотография должна быть сделана на ровном фоне светлого цвета;

3. Копии всех страниц действующего загранпаспорта (формат А4), включая пустые страницы

4. Копии ВСЕХ страниц внутреннего паспорта, предоставленные в формате А4

5. При наличии аннулированных (ранее действующих) паспортов рекомендуется предоставлять копии всех страниц + Оригиналы паспортов

6. Анкету, заполняемую в режиме он-лайн или по АСУ , где необходимо указать код города и не менее двух контактных телефонов;

7. Подтверждение бронирования туристических услуг в Испании или приглашение.

9. Доказательство наличия определенной денежной суммы на 1 туриста: минимум 561 евро за всю поездку.

Оригинал справки с места работы на фирменном бланке с указанием должности и размера заработной платы, заверенный печатью и подписью руководителя (Справка действительна в течение 1 месяца со дня выдачи! По истечении периода действия, справка утрачивает силу и необходимо предоставить новую справку с места работы).

12. Внимание! В загран.паспорте может быть только одна действующая Шенгенская виза. Паспорта, в которых уже есть такая виза, консульство Испании к рассмотрению не принимает!

LE VISA TOURISTIQUE POUR L’ESPAGNE

L’Espagne est dans l’Union Européenne, où le visa Schengen est valable.

Des citoyens de l’Union Européenne, ainsi que ceux d’Islande, de Norvège et de la Suisse, peuvent entrer au territoire de l’Espagne pour une période inférieure à 90 jours sans documents spéciaux.

Des citoyens de tous les autres pays ont besoin du visa Schengen.

Quels documents sont-ils nécessaire de fournir:

1. Le passeport international en cours de validité: le passeport doit être valable encore au moins 90 jours (3 mois) après la fin du voyage; il faut une page vide dans le passeport pour y mettre le visa; s’il y a l’information sur des enfants dans le passeport, chaque information sur un enfant doit être assuré par un estampe de l’organisme qui a délivré le passeport (la photo pour l’enfant est strictement obligatoire, n’importe quel age est l’enfant).

2. Une photo scannée dimensions 3 sur 4cm: La photo doit être effectuée sur un fond plan de la couleur claire;

3. Les photocopies de toutes les pages du passeport international en cours de validité(format A4), des pages vides incluses.

5. En cas de présence des passeports annulés (valables avant) il est recommandé de présenter les photocopies de toutes leurs pages + des originaux des passeports.

6. Un questionnaire, rempli en ligne, où il faut marquer le code de la ville et deux téléphones de contact au minimum;

7. Une confirmation de la réservation des services touristiques en Espagne ou l’invitation.

9. La preuve de la présence d’une somme d’argent pour un touriste: 561 euro au minimum pour tout le voyage.

10.L’original d’un certificat du lieu de travail sur un papier à en-tete avec une indication du poste et le montant du salaire, assuré par une estampe et une signature du directeur (Le certificat est valable pendant 1 mois dès la date de délivrance! Après l’expiration, le certificat perd sa force et il est nécessaire de présenter un nouveau certificat).

11. La réservation de l’avion ou les photocopies des billets d’avion.

12. Attention! Dans le passeport international, il ne peut y être que seulement un visa Schengen à la fois. Des passeports ayant un tel visa, le consulat d’Espagne n’examine pas!
