The Cyprus is the third by dimensions island in the Mediterranean sea that is attached to the European Union. The magnificent climate conditions, golden sand beaches and the traditional cordiality of its inhabitants have made this island of Sun to be the most popular resort.

The events having once taken place on the island have become the foundation of the subjects of numerous legends. The most beautiful and well-known among them is the legend about the birth of the Greek Goddess of love and beauty Aphrodite who appeared from the sea foam.

The climate of the Cyprus is one of the best in the Mediterranean region. Hot beaches are combined with the hills overgrown with the vineyards and the citrus trees, and with the mountains, covered with the cedar woods. In the opinions of doctors, there is not so much places in the world with such healthy Mediterranean climate as on Cyprus. The island has 330 sunny days in the year, but the rest here is seasonal – from May till November. The sun is particularly active from April till September, when the duration of the bright sunny day reaches up to 11 hours a day.

Chypre est la troisième, de par sa grandeur, île dans la mer Méditerranée. Il est rattaché à l’Union Européen. Les conditions climatiques magnifiques, des plages de sable dorées et la cordialité traditionnelle des ses habitants, ont fait de cet île - soleil une station climatique la plus populaire.

Les événements qui ont eu lieu sur cet île au passé, sont devenus la base des sujets des multiples légendes. La plus belle d’entre elles, c’est la légende de la naissance d’une déesse grecque de l’amour et de la beauté Aphrodite qui est sortie de la mousse de la mer.

Le climat de Chypre est un des meilleurs dans la région méditerranéenne. Le soleil est particulièrement actif d’avril à septembre, quand la longueur de la journée brillante de soleil atteint la durée d’11 heures
